Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence* Club Premises Certificate*
I, James Mitchell hereby give notice that I have applied on
02.06.2015 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority
for the Variation of a Premises Licence forthe premises known as:
Nicola's Tea Shop, 52-54 St Georges Street, SO23 8AH.
The effect of the variation is for:
Sale of Alcohol from 08:30 - 00:00 Monday-Saturday and
10:00- 18:00 Sundays.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 4th July 2015; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
