LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Graze Festival Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied on 5th May 2015 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Humphrey's Farm, Hazeley Road, Twyford, Hampshire SO211QA.
The application is for Regulated Entertainment - a family, food and music festival on Sunday 30th August 2015 between 1100 and 2300 hours featuring live and recorded music and live entertainment.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this
application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal
Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester
SO23 9LJ, to arrive by Tuesday 2nd June; details of representations received
will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment.
The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken
into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be
forwarded to the applicantand published on the Council's website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection
with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding
Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
