LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
We Bishop's Waltham Town Team hereby give notice that we have applied on 21st April 2015 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Bishop's Waltham Palace, Bishop's Waltham, S032 1DH. The application is for: Sale of Alcohol and Regulated Entertainment for the Road to Agincourt event taking place between 16th and 19th July. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester S023 9LJ, to arrive by 19th May 2015; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.lt is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
