TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended) Test Valley Borough Revised Local Plan (2011 - 2029) Development Plan Document Public Consultation on the Main Modifications
Test Valley Borough Council has published for public consultation the proposed main modifications to the Test Valley Borough Revised Local Plan DPD. The Revised Local Plan sets out the Council's vision and strategy for the Borough until 2029, the proposed locations for development and policies which will be used in determining planning applications. This document will cover the whole borough except for that part within the New Forest National Park.
The proposed Main Modifications to the Revised Local Plan DPD is available to view online at www.testvalley.gov.uk and includes:
? Sustainability Appraisal of the Revised Local Plan DPD Main Modifications

? Review of Habitats Regulation Assessment for Main Modifications

? A schedule of proposed minor changes

Hard copies of the documents listed above are available for public inspection between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 on Mondays to Thursdays and 09:00 and 16:30 on Fridays at Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ and the Former Magistrates Court, Church Street, Romsey, Hampshire, SO51 8AQ. All documents listed in the bullet points above are available on the Council's website. The website can be accessed from both Council offices.
Only those representations that are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above (in either hard copy or electronically) within the six week period between Friday 24th April and ending at 16:30 on Friday 5th June 2015 will have the right to have their representations considered. Representations should only relate to the proposed main modifications. Any representations should specify to which main modification they relate to and the grounds on which they are made. Representations should either be:
