Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence, Licensing Act 2003
Blissfields Ltd hereby give notice that We have applied on 03/04/2015 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Blissfields Festival, Vicarage Farm, Woodmancott, Winchester, Hampshire SO21 3BL The application is for: Sale of Alcohol, Regulated Entertainment, Late Night Refreshment, Increase of Capacity to 8,500 (details of which can be found on the Winchester Council website) Details: Sale of Alcohol, Late Night Refreshment, Theatre, film, Live music; recorded music or a performance of dance. Details of which can be found on the Winchester Council website Date 1st July 2015
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 30th April 2015 i.e. within twenty-eight days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application.
