PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Winchester City Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 17th March 2015.

Applicant: Martin McColl Limited.
Address of premises: McColls, 71 Stoney Lane, Winchester, Hampshire/SO22 6EW. Proposed licensee activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activity:
Alcohol Sales - Every Day 06:00 to 2300. The postal address of the licensing
authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is:

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above
