LICENSING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE
I Steve Dixon, hereby give notice that I have applied on 26/01/2015 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Matterley Basin, Matterley Farm, A31 Alresford Road, Ovington, Winchester SO21 1HW. The application is for Sale of Alcohol / Regulated Entertainment / Late Night Refreshment. Details: To have music till 00.00 with the British Motocross GP on 22^nd and 23^rd May.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 23/02/2015; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
