Draft Romsey Town Access Plan Supplementary Planning Document
A draft Romsey Town Access Plan Supplementary Planning Document has been prepared. If and when this document is adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) by Test Valley Borough Council, it will form part of the Local Development Framework (LDF). The LDF forms the basis for decisions on land-use planning affecting that area.
Copies of the draft SPD are available for public inspection at the following Council offices between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Thursday inclusive and 09.00 and 16.30 on Friday:
* Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, ANDOVER, Hampshire SP10 3AJ
* Former Magistrates Court, Church Street, ROMSEY, Hampshire SO51 8AQ
The draft SPD can also be viewed on the Council's website www.testvalley.gov.uk and during library opening times at local libraries at Andover, Romsey, North Baddesley, Chandler's Ford and Lordshill.
Representations can be made by either:
* Sent in writing to Planning Policy & Transport Service, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire SP10 3AJ; or
* Emailed to planningpolicy@testvalley.gov.uk
Only those representations that are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above (in either hard copy or electronically) within the eight week period ending at 16.30 on Friday 27th February 2015 will have the right to have their representations considered.
Any representation on the draft SPD should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. They may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of adoption of the document
as an SPD.
