NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Applicant: The Southern Co­operative Ltd. Premises: Co-op (Formerly Hilliers Garden Centre!, Botley Road, Romsey, SO51 8ZL.
The application is to sell alcohol for consumption off the premises between 8am and 11pm each day. Full details of which can be inspected on the application. The
licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below during
normal business hours. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application can be made to Test Galley Borough Council, The Licensing Section, Legal & Democratic Service, Belch Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, SP10 3AJ. website http://www.testvalley.gov.uk. This must be received in writing by 1 January 2015 clearly stating the ground's upon which representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
