PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Barbara Coundley-Stewart late of 10 KnyghtClose Romsey Hampshire SO51 5UX, who died on the Eighth day of July 2014, and (1) whose Will was proved at the Winchester District Probate Registry on the 15th day of September 2014, (2) by Michael William Yates the (3) Executor named in the said will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said (4) Executor on or before the (5) 22nd day of December 2014, after which date the (4) Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
