LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Hillier Nurseries Limited has applied to the Winchester City Council on 28th October 2014 for the grant of a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises known as Hillier Garden Centre, Romsey Road, Winchester, Hampshire SO22 5DN. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

The record of this application is held by the Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the website www.winchester.gov.ukor inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, Hampshire SO23 9LJ during normal office hours.
Any Person wishing to submit representations to the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address above, giving in detail the grounds for the objection. Representations must relate to one or more of the Licensing Objectives: Prevention of Crime & Disorder; Prevention of Public Nuisance; Protection of Children from Harm; or Public Safety. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than 24th November 2014. TheLicensingAuthoritywillhaveregardtoanyrepresentationsmade when considering this application. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.
