NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of East Hampshire District Council for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.
Details of the application are as follows:

Brief description of application for a premises licence:
Proposal to carry on a business which involves the use of the premises for licensable activities including, lnside and out the Supply of Alcohol, the provision of Live and Recorded Music, Late night refreshments and the of performance of dance. Opening Hours are Mon-Thurs 10-23.00hrs Fri-Sat 10-24.00 Sun 10-22.00

Any responsible authority or any other person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to the Principal Licensing Officer, PO Box 176, Penns Place, Petersfield, GU31 4WT by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
