LICENSING ACT 2003 - Public Notice

Hampshire Bottles Limited is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for Romsey Beer Emporium, 15 Bell Street, Romsey, SO51 8GY. The intention to make any variation to the premises licence is to: extend the license to cover the first floor and allow consumption on and off the premises. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale. 29/07/14
