TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL

Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended) Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (Regulation 22) Test Valley Borough Revised Local Plan (2011 - 2029) Development Plan Document Notice of Submission and Statement of Fact

Notice is given that Test Valley Borough Council has in accordance with the above Regulation submitted the Test Valley Borough Revised Local Plan DPD to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government on the 31st July 2014 for independent examination. The Revised Local Plan sets out the Council's vision and strategy for the Borough until 2029, the proposed locations for development and policies which will be used in determining planning applications. This document will cover the whole borough except for that part within the New Forest National Park. The Revised Local Plan DPD and supporting documentation submitted to the Secretary of State is available to view online at www.testvalley.gov.uk. The supporting documents include:

? Sustainability Appraisal (incorporating Strategic Environmental Assessment)

? Habitats Regulation Assessment

? A Regulation 22 (c) Statement of Consultation

? Submission Proposals Map

? All representations made on Regulation 19 - Pre Submission Revised Local Plan

? A schedule of proposed minor changes

? Other supporting documents relevant to the production of the Revised Local Plan Hard copies of the Revised Local Plan, Schedule of proposed Changes, the Sustainability Appraisal, the Habitats Regulations Assessment and the Regulation 22 (c) Statement of Consultation are available for public inspection between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 on Mondays to Thursdays and 09:00 and 16:30 on Fridays at Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ and the Former Magistrates Court, Church Street, Romsey, Hampshire, SO51 8AQ. All documents listed in the bullet points above are available on the Council's website. The website can be accessed from both Council offices.

The Test Valley Revised Local Plan DPD will now be the subject of an independent examination to be conducted by a Planning Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State. The examination is a continuous process running from submission through to the receipt of the Inspector's report. Part of this process will involve hearing sessions where those invited to attend will have the opportunity to respond to matters raised by the appointed Planning Inspector. Once information on the hearing sessions is confirmed, all details relating to the examination process will be advertised and made available online.
