Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Cote Restaurants Limited have applied to Winchester City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Cote, 73 High Street, Winchester, SO23 9DA. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Recorded music between the hours of 08.00 to 23.30 Monday to Saturday and 08.00 to 22.30 Sunday, late night refreshment between the hours of 23.00 to 23.30 Monday to Saturday and the supply of alcohol between the hours of 10.00 to 23.30 Monday to Saturday and 10.00 to 22.30 Sunday. Premises
opening hours: 08.00 to 00.00 Monday to Saturday and 08.00 to 23.00 Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ no later than 31stJuly 2014 stating the grounds for
representation. The register of Winchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal
business hours or on the council's
website - www.winchester.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a per-
son is liable on summary conviction
for the offence is £5,000.
