NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of John Raymond Darby late of Brendon Nursing Trust, Park Road, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 7BE / Flat 55, Saffrons Court, Compton Place Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 1DY who died on the 15 May 2014, is required to send
written particulars to the undersigned by the 21 August 2014 after wliich date the Executor of the said Deceased will distribute the Estate of the said Deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
