Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence
I, Paul Bowler, hereby give notice that I have applied on 03/05/2014 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Knowcal Ltd at 40 Upper Brook Street, Winchester, Hampshire. SO23 8DG
The application is for: Sale of Alcohol, specifically the Internet retail of artisan spirits.
