Section 27, Trustee Act, 1925
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to S.27 of the Trustee Act, 1925, that all creditors and others having any claims against, or any person having any interest in the estate of the person named and described below, are hereby required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under mentioned solicitors for the Executors of the estate on or before the 7th May 2014. After which date the estate of the deceased will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not, as respects property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
