TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL
LICENSING ACT 2003 - Public Notice
Nick and Keith Curtis are applying for a new grant of a Premises Licence for a Folk Festival at Powells Farm, Salisbury Road, Plaitford, Nr Romsey, Hants, SO51 6EE from 28th August to 31 st August 2014.
If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of alcohol on the premises, provision of regulated entertainment, provision of facilities for regulated entertainment.
The intention to make any variation to the premises licence is to: Have a Folk Festival on Powells Farm

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
