Proposed alterations & extension at Roegate Farm, Gardener's Lane, East Wellow, Hampshire SO51 6BB. We give notice that Rymill Property Developments Ltd is applying to Test Valley Borough Council for planning permission to make alterations and extend the existing dwelling. Any owner of the land or tenant who seeks to make a representation about this application should write to the council at the council offices by the 13th March 2014.
