Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of GEOFFREY THOMAS FILLERY late of 2 West Hill Park, Winchester, in the County of HAMPSHIRE who died on the 21st day of JANUARY 2014 (and to whose Estate the Executors therein named on the 1st day of DECEMBER 2011, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to Mrs Angela Pelleschi, (Executor), Jasper Vincent Solicitors, 39 Botley Road, Park Gate, Southampton SO31 1AY, or the undersigned, on or before the 20th day of MAY 2014 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
