Test Valley Borough Council has published for public participation Its Regulation 19 version of the Test Valley Borough Revised Local Plan DPD along with the Sustainability Appraisal and Habitats Regulation Assessment. The Revised Local Plan sets out the Council's vision and strategy for the Borough until 2029, the proposed locations for development and policies which will be used in determining planning applications. This document will cover the whole borough except for that part within the New Forest National Park.
Copies of the Revised Local Plan, the Sustainability Appraisal and the Habitats Regulations Assessment are available on the Council's website and for public inspection between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 on Mondays to Thursdays and 09:00 and 16:30 on Fridays at Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ and the Former Magistrates Court, Church Street, Romsey, Hampshire, S051 8AQ.
The Revised Local Plan is available for reference only during library opening times at local libraries at Andover, Romsey, North Baddesley, Chandler's Ford and Lordshill, Southampton.
Representations, using the form provided, should either be:

Only those representations that are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above (in either hard copy or electronically) within the six week period between Friday 24* January and ending at 16.30 on Friday 7* March 2014 will have the right to have their representations considered. Any representations should specify the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
