Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence
We, Kechni Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied on 14/01/2014 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Black White Red Cafe, 28 Jewry Street, Winchester, Hampshire SO23 8RY.
The effect variation is for is for: Sale of Alcohol and Late Night Refreshment. (Details), to extend licenced activities to midnight every Monday to Saturday and until 23.00 hours every Sunday. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 12/02/14; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
