Take notice that application is being made by Mr & Mrs Robert Holmes for planning permission for: Erection of 6 foot fence with hedge in front on boundary adjoining the A36 road. Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, SP10 3AJ within 21 days of the date of this notice.
