Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence
We, Discover Wine, hereby give notice that We have applied on 10/01/2014 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Discover Wine (UK) Ltd, Lavinia House, Hambledon Road, Denmead, Hampshire PO7 6NU.
The effect variation is for of Alcohol. (Details), Both on and off the premises between 10.00 - 22.00 Monday to Saturday and 10.00 - 16.00 Sunday.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 06/02/14; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
