Section 27, Trustee Act, 1925
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to S.27 of the Trustee Act, 1925, that any persons having a claim against, or an interest in the estate of DANIEL ANTHONY CARMODY, deceased, late of Flat 1, James Court, Tadburn Road, Romsey SO51 5BL, who died on 4th November 2013, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to FOOTNER & EWING, 50 The Hundred, Romsey, Hampshire, (ref: JT.C01049), the solicitors acting for the executors, before 11th March, 2014, after which date the estate of the deceased will be distributed by the executors among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not, as respects property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice.
