PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Janet Marian Cook, also known as Janet Marion Cook, late of The Newport Inn, Newport Lane, Braishfield, Romsey, Hampshire SO51 0Pl who died on the 6th day of October 2013, and whose was proved at Winchester District Probate Registry on the 20th day of December 2013 by Martin Lewis Curtis Russell and Hayley June Phillips, the Executors named in the said Will, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said Executors on or before the 15th day of March 2014, after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
