LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for New Premises Licence TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that Boomtown Festival UK Limited has made an application under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a new premises licence for The Bowl, Matterley Bowl, Alresford Road, Winchester. The application is to allow at the premises the provision of (1) Regulated entertainment - plays and films from Thursday 10:00 to Monday 04:00; (2) Regulated entern-
ment - live music, recorded music, performance of dance and anything
similarThursday 10:00 -00:00, Friday -Sunday from 10:00 to 04:00 dayfol-
lowing; (3) Late nite refreshment -Thursday to Sunday each day 23:00
to 05:00 day following; (4) Sale of
alcohol Sunday to Saturday 00:00 -00:00. All on such terms and condi-tions as more specifically set out in
the application or may be agreed. This application has been made to Winchester City Council. Details of

Monday to Saturday during normal hours of business or at
http://www.winchester.gov.uk at any
time. Any person or responsible authority who wishes to make repre-sentations about this application should do so in writing to Licensing Section, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street,
Winchester, SO23 9LJ no later than 17th January 2014. It would be help-
