Re Verona Freda Parfett (deceased)
PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Verona Freda Parfett, late of 1 Home Farm, East Tytherley, Lockerley, Romsey, Hampshire SO51 0LW who died on the 27th day of February 2013, and letters of administration to whose Estate were granted by the Winchester District Probate Registry on the 2nd day of September 2013, to Thomas Dowthwaite, the Administrator of the said Will, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Solicitor for the said Administrator on or before the 25th day of December 2013, after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
