Notice of Application for the
Grant of afemises Licence
We Wagamama Limited hereby give notice that we have applied on 21st October 2013 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Wagamama, Ground and Lower Ground, 30-31 Jewry Street, Winchester, SO23 8RY. The application is for the supply of alcohol between the hours of 10.00 am to 00.00, Monday to Saturday and 10.00 to 22.30 Sunday, and the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23.00 to 00.00 Monday to Saturday. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ, to arrive by no laterthan 19th November2013. Details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and may be published on the Council's website'
