NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
I give notice that Sril Moorside Road Limited and Geoffrey Osborne Limited is applying to the Winchester City Council for planning permission: Proposed new student accommodation, comprising 237 study bedrooma. Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Winchester City Council, PO Box 497, City Offices, Winchester, SO23 3DD by 10th October 2013.
