INVITATION TO A PUBLIC EXHIBITION
Proposed Luxury Retirement Homes Former Council Offices Dutton Road Romsey.
Renaissance Retirement Ltd intends to demolish the former Council Offices at Duttons Road, Romsey and development of the site to form a 3-storey building comprising 54 apartments for the elderly with access onto Dutton's Road and a 2-storey pair of linked dwelling houses with access onto Station Road.
Prior to submitting a Planning Application to Test Valley Borough Council for the above, the views of the local residents who live close to or adjacent to the site are being sought. A public exhibition will be held on September 30th 2013 from 4pm-7pm at The Annexe, Crosfield Hall, Broadwater Road, Romsey SO51 8GL where you will have an opportunity to view and comment on the plans prior to an application being submitted to Test Valley Borough Council.
