PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION
TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE
LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Winchester City Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on the 5 September 2013. Applicant: Murco Petroleum Limited. Address of premis­es: Murco Costcutter Express, Bar End Service Station, Bar End Road, Winchester, SO23 9NP. Proposed vari­ations to the licensable activities: Vary the hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day - Alcohol Sales 00.00 to 24.00; Late Night Refreshment 23.00 to 05.00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is:

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such represen­tations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 3 October 2013.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
