PURSUANT TO SECTION 27
OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Any Person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named late of 45 Broad Chalke Down, Badger Farm, Winchester, SO22 4LR who died on the 18th September 2012 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned before 23 October 2013, after which date the Executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice.
