LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Pebble Hotels Limited has given to Test Valley Borough Council an application for variation of the Premises Licence in respect of Potters Heron Hotel, Winchester Road, Ampfield, Romsey, Hampshire SO51 9ZF
A brief description of the proposed variation is: To amend the hours for the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment to 1000 to 0100 the morning following Monday to Sunday in the Ampfield Suite and the Garden Room (formerly known as the Garden Restaurant). To amend the hours on Sunday for the sale of alcohol to 1000 to 0100 the morning following in the Coppice Suite.
The Licensing Register of Test Valley Borough Council is kept at The Council Offices, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, SP10 3AJ and where applicable at www.testvalley.gov.uk.
The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Test Valley Borough Council to be received at their above address by no later than Tuesday 9 July 2013.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
