NOTICE OF DETERMINATION
M3 JUNCTION 11 PARK AND RIDE SIGNS
DETERMINATION BY THE
SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT
UNDER SECTION 105A (3) OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
The secretary of state for transport hereby gives notice that he has deter­mined that his proposal of the instal­lation of seven new traffic signs on the M3 for the Winchester Rark and Ride (south) site and the removal of 14 existing redundant signs is a rele­vant project within the meaning of section 105A(1) of the Highways Act 1980. This scheme is not subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance with Rart VA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EEC as amended by Directive 97/11/EC.
Any comments about this notice should be sent, as soon as possible and not later than 6 weeks from the date of this notice to Highways Agency, Federated House, London Road, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SZ.
