Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Fuller, Smith & Turner Plc in respect of Premises known as Horse & Groom, 2 Broad Street, Alresford, SO24 9AQ applied to Winchester City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is:

1. To change the commencement time for the sale of alcohol on Sundays, Good Friday and Christmas Day from 12 noon to 10.00am.
2. To remove the break in the hours on Christmas Day so that the hours will run from 10.00 - 22.30
3. To remove old obsolete conditions relating to Public Entertainment Licence. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Winchester City
Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ no later than 6th May 2013 stating the grounds for objection. The regilter of Winchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.winchester.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
