Pursuant to S27 the Trustee Act 1925 (as amended)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Stephen Mark Kemp late of 27 Belgarum Place, Staple Gardens, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8SL who died on the 20 January 2013 is required to send written particulars to the undersigned by the 22 April 2013 after which date the Executor of the said Deceased will distribute the Estate of the said Deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and inter-ests of which they shall then have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall notthen have had notice.
