Licensing Act 2003 Application for a Premises Licence
Name of Applicant: Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. AddreSs: Sainsburv's Bishops Waltham Petrol Forecourt Store, Winchester Road, Bishops Waltham Southampton SO32 1BE. Licensing Authority: Winchester Citv Council. Licensing Authority Address: Licensing Winchester Citv Council, Citv Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ (where a record of the application mav be inspected during normal office hours). Licensing Authority Website: www.winchester.gov.uk. The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authoritv for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities: 1. The sale of alcohol between the hours of 0600 and 2400 daily for consumption off the premises. 2. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 daily. Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 14 March 2013. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing. It is an offence knowingly or reckless- ly to make a false statement in con-nection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is £5,000.
