Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 -Dr Mark Andrew Brummell, Deceased
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Dr Mark Andrew Brummell, who died on 28 May 2012 and whose will appointed Mrs Rosie M Marshall, of 50 Copsewood Road, Southampton, SO18 1QU, to be the sole executor thereof are required to send particulars of their claim to the executor by Friday 29 March 2013, after which date the executor shall distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which she has then had notice.
