Section 27, Trustee Act, 1925
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to S.27 of the Trustee Act, 1925, that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Kathleen Gertrude Sellers of Marie Louise House, Newton Lane, Romsey, Hampshire, who died on 2nd November, 2012 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to: Anthony James Robb Howorth and Gillian Winifred Clark, of Footner and Ewing Solicitors, both of 50 The Hundred, Romsey, Hampshire (Ref: Mrs Thomas), being the executors, before 19th March, 2013, after which date the estate of the deceased will be distributed by the executors among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interest ofwhich they have had notice and will not, as respects property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had notice.
