RENEWAL OF MAINTENANCE DREDGE LICENCE MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR DREDGING AND DREDGE DISPOSAL
Notice is hereby given that BP Oil UK Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake dredging and dredge disposal at Hamble Jetty Box. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Southampton Central Library. Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister. Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to mike.mcgoldrick@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of the 13th December 2012, quoting reference MLA/2012/00459. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
