LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Mansion's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Winchester City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Pitcher & Piano - Winchester at 57 Colebrook Street, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9LH.

The applica­tion includes the following terms:- 1, To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol and all other regulated entertainment Sunday to Wednesday to 02:00 hours.'2. To bring forward the commencement hour for the sale of alcohol and all other regulated entertainment dailyto 08:00 hours. 3. To extend the rommencement hour the premises open to 08:00 hours every day and the terminal hour to 02:30 hours Sunday to Wednesday.4.Toextendall licensing hours on the commencement of British Summertime to replace the hour lost.
