APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF
THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an appli­cation was made to Test Valley Borough Council for a premises licence under the above Act on 17th November 2012. Applicant: Highway Stops Retail LimiteJAddress of prem­ises: Baddesley Service Station, 54 Botley Road, North Baddesley Southampton, SO52 9DU. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption off the Premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Alcohol Sales - Every Day 06.00 to 23.00 Hours. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: The Licensing Section/ Legal & Democratic Service, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhifl Road, Andover, SP10 3AJ.
Any person wishing to make repre-sentations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address' within 28 days of the date of this notice -by the 14th December 2012. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
