AUDIT OF ACCOUNTS 2011/12

NOTICE OF CONCLUSION OF AUDIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Sections 14 of the Audit Commission Act 1998 and Regulation 11 of the Accounts and Audit (England) Regulations 2011:

1 The audit of accounts for Hampshire Police Authority for the year ended 31st March 2012 has been concluded. The District Auditor issued an unqualified opinion and the audit certificate on the accounts on the 28th September 2012. On the same date, an unqualified conclusion on the Authority's arrangements for securing value for money as required by the Audit Commission's Code of Practice was also issued.

2 The Statement of Accounts for the Hampshire Police Authority is available for inspection, by appointment, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm at Westgate Chambers, Staple Gardens, Winchester, SO23 8AW, by any local government elector within the Counties of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
