The Foster Yeoman Retirement Plan 2000 (the "Plan")
Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were members of the Plan that it is to be wound up. It is believed that all members of the Plan and their benefits under it have been identified and benefits under the Plan have been or are being secured. If you were a member of this Plan and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and you have not already been contacted by the Trustees, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name and address and evidence of membership no later than 3 December 2014 to Punter Southall, Albion, Fishponds Road, Wokingham, RG41 2QE. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from benefits under the Plan.
