A TRACTOR and an area of grass stubble were destroyed in a blaze near Winchester.
Fire crews were called at around 3pm on Monday, August 5 to the incident at Stockbridge Road in Crawley.
Firefighters were supported by a water carrier vehicle from Eastleigh.

A tractor and bailer unit were destroyed in the blaze which spread to the nearby grass stubble area, with approximately 1,000 square metres affected.
Hose reel jets and specialist foam were used to extinguish the fire and dampen down the scene.
The stop message came in shortly after 5pm.
