Kat said: “Reflections: a journey of growth, wisdom and beauty is an immersive film and photography project featuring the older generations of Winchester. The project hands them a place to be seen, offers them a voice to be heard and aims to embrace their wisdom and share their experience of getting older and gain valuable insights into their lives.

“These thoughts are presented through creative storytelling to not only draw the interest of younger generations, but to also help to combat ageism and associated stereotypes.”

The exhibition will be on display at The Nutshell on Sunday, April 28 from 11am and 5pm. All ages are welcome, with free admission.
