A FIRE in Nether Wallop destroyed two tractors and a 25 acres of crops yesterday.
Crews from three fire stationsed were mobilised to tackle the blaze.
A spokesman from Hampshire Fire Service said: "Approximately 25 acres of corn and two tractors were destroyed by fire in a Nether Wallop field yesterday afternoon shortly after 1pm.

"Crews from Andover, Eastleigh and DWFRS were on the scene to tackle the blaze with hose reel jets, after the farmer had ploughed a fire break to stop the fire spreading.
"The incident was handed over to the farmer as crews left the scene at 2.41."
