MOTORISTS in Hampshire are facing delays after a caravan caught fire on a motorway.
Firefighters were called to the scene just before junction 11 of the M3 northbound for Winchester at about 11.41am.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service says the fire was in a caravan that was being towed, and crews from Winchester and the service's Eastleigh headquarters were called out.
Only the crew from headquarters remains on the scene, tackling the flame with high-pressure hose reel jets.
One lane remains open while the emergency services deal with the incident, but delays are building up.
